Processing & delivery

Orders ship the same day, every day of the week. Standard shipping runs $5.99 and goes free at $60+. Most boxes land within 3–7 business days of leaving the warehouse.

21+ only

Every order is for adults 21 and over — placing one confirms you're at least 21. Carriers may require an adult signature at their discretion or where the law demands it.

Where the box can go

We ship hemp-derived THC drinks only to U.S. states where federal and state law allow it. Rules shift constantly; if we can't lawfully ship to your address we cancel and refund the order. Knowing your own state and local laws before ordering is on you.

Damaged or lost boxes

We pack cans to survive the truck, but trucks are trucks. If anything arrives damaged, email alex@pourpackage.com within 7 days with photos and your order number and we'll replace or refund it. Tracking says lost? Reach out and we'll make it right.
